Our Business

We currently operate from our newly built, purpose designed offices in Sawston, near Cambridge. At Sawston, we have developed our own support infrastructure, which is operated by our team of friendly people dedicated to offering the best advice to customers, and offering minute-by-minute support to our locally based field staff.

From our base at Sawston, we have ready access to the national motorway network, including M11, A1, M1, M25, M20. Our technicians are strategically sited around the country, enabling us to be at any location within hours of an emergency call.

The use of integrated SatNav, mobile phone & tracking technologies enable us to re-route our technicians at a moments notice, and allows us to minimise our carbon footprint (through efficient planning) whilst offering our clients the flexibility of service they need.

In just eight years, Pest Patrol has grown from an idea, to a company with a turnover of just over £2M, and employing some 23 people. This rapid growth has been financed out of retained profit, so the company is well placed to develop into a major force in the pest control industry.
