We actively encourage discussion between staff over the pest problems they daily experience, so that our pooled knowledge is effectively applied - to the benefit of the all of the customers we serve.

The application of new products and techniques is best done by suitably qualified and experienced personnel, who are best placed to judge the commercial effectiveness of the fresh technique or product in the field.

NetReport, our online reporting service was fully functional in 2001, pioneering an approach that has been imitated recently by many large pest control companies.
