COSSH legislation. Call-outs and follow-up treatments are chargeable.

This minimal, entry level pest prevention service usually results in an upgrade to the more complete Standard Pest Prevention Service

The Premier Pest Prevention Service

The Premier Pest Prevention Service was designed to meet the needs of approved Quality systems such as the ISO 9000 Series and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).

It provides very detailed reporting programmes noting dates and time of services, pest activity (or lack of it), what action is recommended to solve a problem, and what action is required. It provides advice on hygiene, housekeeping or proofing measures. Careful note is kept of types and amounts of pesticides used.

Through careful inspection and methodical monitoring of pest populations via the use of insect pheromone technology and non-toxic rodent monitoring systems the Premier Pest Prevention Service will lead to a significant reduction in both the amount and frequency of pesticide usage.

Our highly trained and very experienced Field Biologists provide in-depth site analyses, and technical advice.

Field Biologists

Nowhere are pest problems taken more seriously than in the food manufacturing business and nowhere is a pest-free environment more crucial.

In order to ensure that food manufacturers meet the standards set by the industry legislators, pest control professionals with a high level of expertise and strong experience in this industry are essential.

Our qualified Field Biologists should therefore be the food manufacturer's first point of call when deciding on a pest control strategy. These experts are our authority on pest control and prevention, risk assessment and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).

Our Field Biologists hold the Accredited Technician Standard, as well as many years experience in pest control. They also understand the food industry thoroughly, so they can target issues at different stages of the food supply chain.

For instance, almost any type of raw goods and fresh produce will be attractive to rodents, while the liquid mixing stages of food manufacturing may well attract insects such as flies, cockroaches and Stored Product Insects (SPIs), which inhabit machinery and ingredients.

Regular Inspection by our field biologists, and planned contract reviews form an integral part of our Premier Service

netReport is our unique reporting service.

netReport (available only to certain selected sites) enables the client to inspect the pest control records for each of the clients sites from the comfort of the clients desk.

The paper-based reporting system remains at the site, but all pest control inspection/treatment reports are entered into our database, and may be viewed - by the client - via the web.

This means that observations at the site may be read, and any recommendations can be immediately authorised at the 'click' of a button.

In addition, a 'state-of- service' analysis (site by site) is built into the system, so that the client knows instantly if treatments are overdue.
