Our staff are our greatest asset. Our employees are the best paid (we believe) in the
pest control industry.
Furthermore, every new employee is offered shares in our company, for we believe
that by giving every operational member of staff a direct financial stake and say in our
corporate future, then they will strive for excellence in the service they provide to their
clients.
This is not altruism. The staff of our larger competitors are often de-motivated, and
poorly rewarded for what can often be an unpleasant, dirty job. The staff turnover
suffered by our competitors leads to an inconsistent and interrupted service, which
leads to customer dissatisfaction.
